UNCONSCIOUS CONTRACTS: UNDERSTANDING DIVORCE

Course Summary
This course introduces participants to the unconscious processes involved in falling in love. It will provide an understanding of what goes wrong in relationships that leads partners to separate and divorce.

Participants will learn how they can find themselves unwittingly drawn into their clients’ psychological worlds, often behaving in ways that leave them feeling perplexed and strained.

The second part will act as a surgery for participants to present and discuss problematic areas of their work.

Who is this course for / Who should attend?

The course is open to family lawyers at any stage in their career who are interested in developing psychologically attuned practice.

Key learning objectives
