EVENT SUMMARY 
This half day course provides a discussion/workshop on the danger family professionals face of falling into the “One stop shop” trap and feeling they need to provide services and skillsets to clients they simply don’t have. 
 
This discussion also helps delegates identify where to source and develop relationships with a variety of appropriate professionals in their area to further assist them in their daily practice.

How to identify local professions and practitioners who can perform certain tasks for your clients more efficiently and less expensively 
How to build specific contracting relationships with these 3rd party professionals such that you, as solicitor retain ultimate control of each matter they assist you with. 
How to refer clients to these professionals in such a way that they are happy with how their matter is being handled, and are therefore more likely to pay their bill to you in full rather than complain about certain aspects of it. 
How working in this way ultimately increases a solicitor’s billed hours whilst also reducing the level of stress and hassle dealt with for difficult clients.

This workshop will assist solicitors to better understand how working together with 3rd party professionals will actually decrease client costs, decrease the amount of hassle they get from certain clients, increase the level of client satisfaction and increase the number of fully paid invoices to enhance their bottom line.
