Feedback from clients...
“Charlotte has an extraordinary ability to help ultra-rational people better understand emotional issues, develop empathy and learn to communicate more effectively in ways that might lie outside their natural comfort zone. All this with genuine humour, and no hint of the ‘touchy-feely’.”
