AN INTRODUCTION TO MBTI
EVENT SUMMARY
This 3 hour session is about learning more about yourself, based on the world renowned MBTI personality instrument. It will help you explore your preferences for taking in information and making decisions – your preferred way of interacting with others. The MBTI does not describe skills, ability or intelligence and all preferences are regarded as equally important and valuable.
First you will fill in the MBTI Questionnaire, in the comfort of your own surroundings, then a couple of weeks later, meet with Sue Wilson, an experienced MBTI registered practitioner, for a feedback discussion. There, in a relaxed atmosphere, you can expect to learn more about yourself by exploring your own examples of your personality preferences in action.
Speaker - Sue Wilson
Susan was introduced to the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) in 1995 by the Head of Management Training when she was one of the radio Trainers at the BBC. It had a profound effect. For further information on Susan click here.
